Once upon a time... All great stories start from somewhere. Where does your greatest story start?
This national storytelling week we are hosting an evening of storytelling. Transitionary Tales from childhood to adulthood, and all that lies in-between. Stories of our glories, confessions of our transgressions, and memories that make us cringe; all told from the heart.
The theme is Coming of Age. Join us for what will certainly be a night of ageless anecdotes, tell-all tales, and sticky situations. This isn't just limited to stories about being a teenager or a young kid, your story can be any time you feel like you've come into your own, or grown up a little bit inside.
FREE FOR MEMBERS | £6 for non-members

[Social Membership is completely free, and only takes a couple of minutes to apply.] Members MUST show their membership card on the night otherwise you will have to purchase a ticket at the door.
Rules:
- Stories must be true and must be your own.
- Be creative with the words you use, so try not to swear unless it's a part of the story.
- Must be 5 minutes or less.
- Stories must pertain to the theme of Coming of Age.
What to expect:
The evening will be hosted by one of our fabulous members, Dora Roberts - Comedienne, Quiz Host, and Writer. Everyone willing to share their story will come up on stage and tell their story for 5 minutes. After the stories are told, we will announce the winner of the best story and have a drink together to tell more tales.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
