** Featuring Artists**
Welcome to the cosmos of Shae. The star is shining bright and you are right on time.
Known for pioneering the RnDrill sound, the Nigerian-born, British singer songwriter from Hertfordshire is quickly becoming a favorite in the UK music scene.
Shae graduated with an American Theatre Bachelors degree in 2016. After moving to the UK when she was 4 years old, the sounds of gospel and soul in her household gradually shaped her unique, sultry sound, inspired by the legacy of artists like Erykah Badu, Jazmine Sullivan, Brandy and many more.
The young vocalist became widely known after the singing videos she regularly posted on Twitter gained her online acknowledgment from artists such as Ella Mai, Stormzy, Chance The Rapper, Tory Lanez, Nao, & many more. Following co-signs from many of the industry’s top hitters, Shaé has released multiple singles independently.
The discovery of these videos also led her to be featured on Westside Boogie’s 2019 album ‘Everything For Sale’ alongside the likes of Eminem, J.I.D, Snoh Aalegra, 6lack and more. This came after she supported Eminiem alongside Boogie for the London legs of his Revival Tour at Twickenham Stadium (2018). Shaé has also collaborated musically with artists such as Etta Bond, Knucks, Ms Banks, Tay Iwar, and Kojey Radical.
Following attending the Grammy’s, January 2020, Shae supported Sasha Keable at a sold-out Village Underground show. Using the pandemic as an opportunity to dive deeper into her creativity, Shae released her breakthrough RnDrill single titled ‘You Lose’ followed by the DIY quarantine visual which featured 116 women from all around the world including Emeli Sande, Sinead Harnett, Jaz Karis and Lady Donli. In December 2020, she partook in the BET Soultrain Awards UK Soul Cypher, where her rap skills had the opportunity to shine alongside her vocals.
With confidence in her newly discovered sound, Shae released her second RnDrill single “Royalty” and its music video at the top of 2021, which features British icon Kojey Radical, followed by her most recent single 111 which is an ethereal ode to her angel numbers. There is no end to Shae’s Universe and what it has to offer and she shows no sign of stopping. Shae’s debut project is set to be released in October 2021 and will show the conscious evolution of her sound.
Mikyla Cara – A soulfull power house, heavily influenced by 90’s/2000’s RnB & soul sensations such as Alicia Keys & Brandy.
Mikyla Cara combines both old school Neo-soul/RnB melodies and stylistic features, with a more contemporary style of writing.Growing up, Luton-born Mikyla sung from a very young age, mostly mimicking other artists, then later began developing her own sound through writing and vocal arrangement/production. As a self described empath, she sings with an emotive sound. This, combined with her ability to enable her personal experiences and pain to transpire in her songs, means her writing is often described as relatable and from the heart.
In January 2017, inspired by her recent journey into motherhood, Mikyla released her debut EP entitled ‘Grown’. The lead single, of the same title, was penned to pay homage to the emotional growth experienced after the birth of her daughter. After the release, she went on to perform her first sell-out headline show in her hometown, ultimately debunking the notion that being a mother means the end of pursuing your dreams.
Currently, Mikyla continues to develop a fresh sound alongside talented musicians and producers. Predominantly, she is working closely with versatile, South London producer Scarz on a collation of new songs showcasing her soulful vocals, complimented by edgy RnB productions. With the success of the last few singles under her belt she is putting pen to paper again writing new material, set to be released in the coming months.
Siobhan Elouise is an Singer-Songwriter from London with a powerfully sweet yet soulful vocal range and eccentric personality to match.
She has studied performing arts and attended the Institute of contemporary music performance gaining experience in Music Business, vocal technique, songwriting and live band performance and has previously had success writing for known UK artists.
She is a part of the Sofar Sounds collective and has performed at various venues in London and abroad including The Windrush festival celebrating the efforts of Caribbean people who migrated to the UK in the 60s in one of her biggest performances to date and is also a verified streamer on the bigo live platform recently becoming runner up in the biggest online talent show event for the Bigo idol competition this year and will be making her way onto network television in 2022.
Her style and sound is a fusion of, R&B, Jazz, Neo Soul and She continues to work on collaborations and with producers and live bands both in the U.K and the States to create her music and is set to release her debut single this year.
