In collaboration with Class of Poets, we are giving you the 411 on Hip Hop and how you can apply it to any topic you might need to learn. This learning experience will take you through a specific topic and use rap verses to inspire the revision of the content.
Keeping your bars tight and your knowledge fresh will be Class of Poets. Class of Poets is a Hip Hop education class where you use poetry and rap to inspire the revision of the content. On top of this, we’ll also be exploring the people behind the verses who have inspired us, from Hip Hop and beyond.
The Low-Down
First, we’ll introduce the topic and the class, followed by a little freestyle to flex. Next, ‘Important Words’, where attendees will use the words to construct their written pieces. After an interactive multimedia presentation, including a video and information related to the topic, writers will write and share their pieces.
The topic of this event is going to be all about the heroes and sheroes of the rap and hip hop world. From your biggies to your smalls, your missys to your elliots, this class will be a Hip Hop OG’s 101.
