Joining the ranks of popular Hackney bakeries like E5 Bakehouse and Violet this summer, the sister site will have space for 45 covers over 1,800 square feet. Considerably larger than its predecessor, the new space will feature an open kitchen, with executive baker Florin Grama leading the baking team and baker Phil King cooking up freshly made pasta. Wash it all down with a changing wine list from a selection of handpicked small producers.
