Flat Earth Pizzas pops up at Pophams in Hackney in a one off kitchen takeover ON THE 23rd AUGUST in aid of the Lebanese Red Cross.
A friendship formed between the two companies over a mutual appreciation of the others’ food, the shared love of exceptional ingredients and the desire to inject an innovative spin into the traditional. Both Pophams and Flat Earth use seasonal produce to create new and imaginative flavour combinations and push the boundaries within their own realms, offering exciting and ever-changing dishes on their menus.
This is a ticketed event where £15 will bag you a Flat Earth pizza, crust dippers and house slaw as well as a goody bag with treats from friends like Cake Or Death.
Come along anytime from 4.30pm on Sunday 23rd August and pick up your order for an alfresco pizza in London Fields just 2 minutes away, or grab a seat on Pophams terrace (seating is on first come first served basis). Pophams will have a selection of delicious wines, beer and cocktails available to buy on the night.

Rich Baker and Sarah Brading launched Flat Earth Pizzas in July 2019 and, since opening, have achieved various successes, such as being named as first runner up to the Sustainable Lifestyle Awards ‘Restaurant of the Year’ and named as 1 of the top 3 London pop ups according to Metro. Currently trading out of The Plough in Homerton, Flat Earth creates meat-free pizzas using Gilchester’s organic heritage grain flour and locally sourced toppings from quality, independent suppliers.
