The Cutting Room is a bar, restaurant and art gallery in Fitzrovia. Serving up organic, seasonal small plates with a focus on sustainability, the restaurant features a diverse menu of dishes from the land, sea and meat that have all been consciously-sourced.
Alongside this, the bar serves up kooky ‘prescription’ cocktails in medicine bottles, with a decent selection of house and classic cocktails, along with shots, wine and beer.
The Cutting Room also houses a selection of art form the neighbouring Woolf Gallery with a revolving artist of the month, and plays host to live DJ sets until the early hours on Thursday to Saturday.
