Bricco e Bacco

Description

Bricco e Bacco brings the art of butchery to the table, offering premium dry-aged steaks and Sicilian cuisine with a modern twist. From a family of “Carnezzieri” (butchers) in Palermo, we opened our first restaurant in Monreale in 2003 and have been perfecting this craft ever since. Since 2010, we have specialized in combining the finest prime cuts from around the world with bold Sicilian flavors, creating a unique and unforgettable dining experience.

Every dish reflects our passion for tradition, quality, and innovation, served in a warm, authentic setting where great food and hospitality come together.
Come and find us to treat yourself with a menu and selection designed by our Head Chef Raffaele Parise. Don’t miss our homemade limoncello and explore our carefully curated wine list. Enjoy life with the perfect food and drink combo!

  • A word from the chef:

"At Bricco e Bacco, we don’t just serve steak – we honour a legacy. Every cut, every sauce, every flame-kissed dish carries the story of Bricco e Bacco family’s roots as ‘carnezzieri’ in Palermo. Our kitchen blends bold Sicilian soul with precision butchery, where the finest meat meets fresh, vibrant ingredients. This is food with character – honest, intense, and made to be shared." — Chef Raffaele Parise
