Break out of the traditional New Year’s Eve plans and sneak away to a speakeasy hideaway at Absurd Bird, Commercial Street. With Deep South soul food, free-flowing drinks during dinner and a DJ spinning the decks until 1am, it’s an absurdly good way to see in 2018.
Once dinner is over, really let the party begin. Descend into the prohibition basement bar where a complimentary Moonshine cocktail will be waiting for you, brewed in-house from a secret recipe. Dance into 2018 to the disco beats from our Resident DJ.
Tickets to the big night are priced at £55 and include 2 Absurd Courses & Bottomless Prosecco or Beer from 8-10pm as well as all-night access to the party til' the early hours or opt for a Party Ticket for £25 from 10pm-1am including our Famous Absurd Canapés, Welcome Cocktail & party entry with a Moonshine Shot at midnight!

If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
