The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

    I was sadly very dissatisfied with this workshop. In my opinion it was hugely oversubscribed and for that reason there wasn’t anywhere near enough materials to make a wreath that should look as though it cost £60 or thereabouts. There were some people leaving the workshop with what looked like merely bare conifer branches atop the moss base. Others however, had more than their fair share of eucalyptus and red berries to make their wreaths look lavish. Who can blame them if it’s run like a free-for-all. Even if people turn up a little late – which is inevitable when you have little ones in tow – materials should have been fairly allocated as it was a ticketed event. There was very little space and there also seemed to be very few peacekeepers to assist with the children that were old enough to be looked after if need be. Honestly, it felt as if they were trying to make as much money as possible which is understandable after Covid but shouldn’t be at the expense of customers feeling like they’ve been ripped off which is even worse at this time of year. The lady taking the class was nice but all in all, it really didn’t feel as though it had been thought out well. Several of us had exactly same thoughts about this… perhaps they’ll leave a review, perhaps not. A real shame, as I was really looking forward to this and invited friends to come along. Now I have a bare, unfinished wreath which I’m having to finish at home and buying additional materials to make it look half decent. First world problems, I suppose! I’d rather had bought one from the local florist in hindsight.

    Great concept, but they ran out of decorations so the wreath ended up being just moss with green foliage and therefore not something you could hang up. Given the cost we were disappointed.
