Description
Step through the doors of Town on Drury Lane and you’re immediately transported into a retro-futuristic dream in the heart of Theatreland. Designed by North End, the interiors dazzle with glossy Kelly-green kitchen frontages, coffered illuminated ceilings, chrome-framed chairs, luxurious burgundy tiles, and rich dark woods.
At the helm is Stevie Parle, whose first big London opening post-pandemic is a true passion project. He calls Town the most ambitious venture of his career - and in typical Parle style, it all began with the ingredients, not the lease. From Wildfarmed beef to vegetables from The Goods Shed, Mangalitsa pork, and cheeses from his brother’s Irish dairy, every dish is woven into a web of regenerative farming and thoughtful sourcing.
The food - and the room - are made for groups who want a bit of fun with their flavour. Think indulgent dishes served with a wink: tempura sage leaves drizzled with honey, decadent risotto Milanese crowned with bone marrow, clams in rich sherry butter, and wafer-thin Mangalitsa ham you can drape over warm sourdough for maximum enjoyment.
