Join us as we begin our series of events with Anna Boglione, Recipes to Reconnect
In the sleepy month of February, a month in which we are more attached to our beds, Anna invites Lucid Dreaming expert and author Charlie Morley to come and discuss our ‘dream state’ and how we can wake up within it. Skye Gyngell will be back at Petersham, creating a unique menu using ingredients to enhance the dreamstate.
Charlie Morley has penned many books on lucid dreaming or dream yoga as it is known, he studied under and was ‘authorised to teach’ by Lama Yeshe Rimpoche. He has given talks for TED and Oxford and Cambridge Universities, and created masterclasses for the likes of Mindvalley. His books include Dreaming Through Darkness and Wake Up To Sleep. Anna and Charlie will discuss the basic practices to become lucid and what is possible to achieve within the dream state. Skye Gyngell will be back at Petersham for the first time since her departure to open Spring, located in Somerset House. Skye has won many awards, including a Michelin star whilst at Petersham Nurseries, she is currently the culinary director of Heckfield Place.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
