In spring, admire the jolly narcissus and hyacinths in Floral Court, throughout autumn the site is awash with burnished oranges and golds, and come Christmas, Nordmann firs twinkle with fairy lights and Indian baubles. Respecting the Slow Food philosophy of good, clean and fair, All of our menus celebrate the finest seasonal produce, with influences from our Italian and English roots. We source the highest quality ingredients and work closely with small, independent producers, including our own family farm Haye Farm in Devon and Cornish fisherman, buying line caught fish directly from the dock. Our chefs will work with you to create a bespoke menu for your event – a reflection of your personal tastes and the changing seasons. For parties, weddings and other celebrations our pastry team can create indulgent cakes decorated with seasonal British flowers.
