To embrace the spirit of theatre, a brand-new innovative cocktail menu, ‘A Sip of Theatre’ has also now launched, perfect for pre-and post-theatre sipping. Crafted by Middle Eight’s Head Mixologist, Maurice Lawrence, formerly of Sketch and No Fifty Cheyne, the menu provoke the senses with Maurice's theatrical flavour combinations, taking guests on a sensory journey through his childhood.
