What they say:

Matsuri may have been serving Bury Street some of the finest theatrical teppanyaki in London, but it's time to make way for a new name as the restaurant closed to make room for Onodera. Set to steer away from teppanyaki and more towards refined Japanese cuisine in a casual setting, the restaurant aims to adapt with the every changing tide of London's dining scene.

What we say:

Information may be thin on the ground for this new Japanese opening, but with 120 covers to boast and a £2.5 million refurbishment on their side, Onodera could slot nicely into the luxe selection of Eastern restaurants in London that seem to be trumping in the dinner and drinks department.
