Bun House Chinatown
- No reviews.
Signature Cantonese buns with a Hong Kong aesthetic to match.
The sequel to Soho's iconic bun-centred spot, Bun House and Tearoom is the brainchild of founders Z He and Alex Peffly. Expect the same staple aesthetic that made the first restaurant so Instagrammable; with interiors designed by He's Five Line Projects. You'll find a 16-cover dining space in addition to room for 40 upstairs.
Get your hands on the iconic fluffy custard buns, plus a few newbies like beef brisket and a pineapple brioche bun. If that's not enough, then seasonal specials like Easter bunny chocolate buns should do it. When it comes to drinks, think tea-centred tipples from cold-brew to cocktails, as well as, beers from breweries in Hong Kong.
