Baby Bao

Baby Bao has long been a staple in Brighton's pop-up food scene, and has now opened its flagship in central London. Serving Taiwanese-inspired cuisine, the menu comprises of dishes such as steamed buns with pork belly filling, barbecued Korean prawns and mushroom with sweet and sour sauce.

There is also an extensive beer menu to complement the dining experience, as well as cocktails with a South East Asian twist, examples being the Tokyo Mule or the Dixie Dragon. Located on Haymarket, and just a stone's throw from Piccadilly Circus, its central location makes it a great spot for lunch or after-work dinner.
