Baby Bao

Description

Baby Bao has long been a staple in Brighton's pop-up food scene, and has now opened its flagship in central London. Serving Taiwanese-inspired cuisine, the menu comprises of dishes such as steamed buns with pork belly filling, barbecued Korean prawns and mushroom with sweet and sour sauce. 

There is also an extensive beer menu to complement the dining experience, as well as cocktails with a South East Asian twist, examples being the Tokyo Mule or the Dixie Dragon. Located on Haymarket, and just a stone's throw from Piccadilly Circus, its central location makes it a great spot for lunch or after-work dinner.

Did This New, Brighton-Born Bao Restaurant Blow Us Away?

Light lychee cocktails pair well with kick offered in dishes. Bao is hot competition in London; and while there are plenty of restaurants now adding the heavenly bites of dough to their menu, there are fans that are inherently loyal to the likes of Mr Bao, On The Bab and Bao. Question is, how exactly…
