Arros QD is the work of three-Michelin-starred chef Quique Dacosta, who is known for his eponymous restaurant on the Spanish coast.
Originally titled InPaella, this West End restaurant aims to take you on a journey on the evolution of paella. Expect modern wood-fired Valencian cooking, with an open kitchen and slinky interiors in the heart of Fitzrovia.
Showcasing British ingredients, the kitchen fires up meat, vegetable and fish over fire and charcoal. Choose between tasting menus or a la carte dining that includes Iberian pork skewers, truffle bomb spaghetti and paella with Canadian lobster, cuttlefish and ńoras aioli. Drinks lean towards wine and modern cocktails.
