The Parlour is a striking bar and restaurant with a large alfresco terrace in Canary Wharf, serving imaginative food and drinks. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Parlour is the perfect retreat for any time of day.

The Parlour specialises in creative cocktails and offers over 40 wines by the glass and a delicious, seasonally inspired food menu. The stylish interior and late license until the early hours on Thursday and Friday will make you want to stay all day and all night in a den of botanical inspired interiors, creative concoctions and fresh British styled whimsy.

After waiting for almost 15 minutes and the rest of my party half way eating their food, I had to get up and and get my food myself. The staff were very apologetic but I was not very happy considering that I had eaten at the Parlour before and had bragged to the friends I was with about how great the restaurant was. • Nice food and ample portion size but Beetroot starter could have had much more goat cheese , all I had was three of the tiniest portions ever 4/5 • Salted caramel cake was not consistent throughout portions, in that some were very Salty and others very chocolaty. 3.5/5 • I would say that my main vegetarian option of BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI was extremely small . Saying that though, the manager was very accommodating and I was able to have something much better. More Choice for people with specific dietary requirements and to the same standard as the other mains. 3.5/5 • Once we were seated, I couldn’t fault the service or food. Other than the music (which was good but much too loud for comfortable chatting) . The menu stated smoked salmon blinis on arrival, but we were given a cocktail each - probably better value! The food was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I booked a table for 7 people, Christmas menu. The food was nice, needed more seasoning and bigger portions. The staff were very busy but polite and brought all our menu choices out at the same time. It is a very noisy venue but had a good vibe, the toilets were clean and tidy but not easily signposted, everyone seemed to be having a good time and we would recommend it to friends. 2 Negative comments: the food could have been warmer. I canx one booking 2 days before our lunch & received email confirmation of the change. When we arrived at lunch, we were told that we would still have to pay for this person. We showed the email The Parlour sent us acknowleging the cancellation. The manager accepted that. However, the dishes for the 8th person who could not make it, well his food was still served which we returned. The positive comments are: the table setting was lovely, the food was delicious and although the restaurant was busy, we did not have to wait long for our meal. We arrived and were welcomed to our reserved table. The service was courteous and generally prompt which was good. However the Gents bathroom was a bit of a state. The urinals would not empty and the cubicle toilets would not flush, clearly apparent by the contents. This was all the more surprising given this was a lunchtime reservation and the venue had only just opened to customers. Waiters were very attentive and ready to assist with drink orders. Dinner table was well laid out with festive decorations and crackers. Complimentary prosecco cocktail was very nice. Only disappointment was the food. Starter and main were bland. I had the turkey main, the stuffing tasted processed and turkey lacked flavour. The dessert of salted chocolate tart was very nice. I arranged a birthday meal for 19 guests and it couldn't have been easier. The staff were wonderful . All the food was served on time with a smile. The main waitress was really helpful and made sure everyone was served. They even went to the trouble of printing name cards. The food was very reasonable and delicious. Thank you very much. Unfortunately it was an underwhelming experience. The staff were unhelpful and rude (apart from one gentlemen). There was no ham, avocado and other ingredients available from the breakfast menu so most of the options were unavailable (we booked for breakfast!). Absolutely no customer service. Waiter was not helpful and didn't pass on messages. Glass had a lipstick mark before we arrived and our second coffees were cold. The food however was enjoyable - but portions are quite small ( one piece of small bread with the avo and egg combination). Visited The Parlour on 2017-11-17

Friendly helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Easy to pre order drinks withiut pre paying. Just unfortunate the pre ordered drinks were slow to be served to the table. Some competitors charge a booking fee. The parlour is not as pretentious . Visited The Parlour on 2017-11-16

if someone books a table, you need to ensure that this presence is felt. Too many idiots gate crashing an area that was pre-booked because it's not noticeable that the area is book. Should leave the reserved signs out. Visited The Parlour on 2017-11-16

Very poor service the food was good but the waiting staff had poor service. We were waiting 25 minutes before food was served. Also we waited 20 minutes to have our bill which in the end we up to pay ourselves. At multiple times during our visit we saw the staff gossiping when there were people Trying to get their attention. Very poor service considering it was a Thursday lunchtime. My pie arrived stone cold as if it had been served straight out of the fridge. I was told this was the last portion available (I saw another on the counter around 30 mins later) and that I could choose another menu item. Naturally I was charged the incremental £2-3 to change to a burger meal, which would have been a nice gesture to take off the bill especially as I'd already paid for extra chips which I wouldn't have needed had I ordered the burger originally. I can understand your frustration with our heaters not working - we have organised for an engineer to come in to fix these urgently, but I do apologise that in your case this effected your evening negatively. The team who were trying to re-allocate your area were clearly not talking with one another, if you arrived & checked in at front desk we would have checked you in on our system & escorted you to your base. As this did not happen, I am deeply concerned as it is simply not good enough. I will implement further training to ensure this never happens again. Overall great service. I arrive early and was seated immediately whilst I waited for my guest. A drink order was taken, which did take some considering it was just a Diet Coke. Never been before , menu suited our requirement e.g. variety , not overpriced and open on Sunday to a reasonable time , one of the few in Docklands . Service efficient and friendly . My friends and I had a great night at The Parlour for drinks and dinner. The host and waitress were really nice. The bar tender got my friend's wrong twice so the waiting time got longer than usual as it was always busy at the bar. Visited The Parlour on 2017-09-08

Really great night. We were able to reserve an outside table for 7 of us and pre-order our drinks without having to leave a deposit or passing over your card details (not many places offer this nowadays). Our drinks were ready once we arrived and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this bar. Food was great too and the music was a great way to end the night. We visited The Parlour yesterday for first time. The waitress was very kind, quick, and friendly with us exactly as she should be with customers. The mains (beef steak and burger) where good (no much fat, well cooked, descent amount of portion) but not something above average and in my case the steak was cold when it arrived. The problem was the starter. We ordered crispy duck on flatbread. What came on the plate had nothing to do with the description on the menu. The flatbread was almost raw, On top there was a mix of peppers (not mentioned on the menu) and soy beans (where is the cucumber and the spring onion?) with some pieces of crispy(or just burnt?) duck and all these totally covered by extremely much quantity of sauce. The sweetest I have ever tasted so much sweet that came as a stone in my stomach. Really it was awful. After 3-4 bites we gave up. The worst thing I have ever tasted in London so far. It almost destroyed our appetite. We spent the rest of the night feeling bad on the stomach, we just couldn't digest what we ate and we think it was because of this starter as everything else was ok. The service is terrible - even at the weekend when it is nearly empty. They gave us undercooked chicken (it was genuinely nearly raw) and only gave us some fries to apologise. I booked a table for 4 people and had pre-ordered drinks. However, the table reserved for us was surrounded by a large group, who kept encroaching on the table and using it to hold their drinks. The table was by a speaker which meant that it was impossible to hold a conversation with people without shouting. Your hostess was great. Easy paced lunch, good atmosphere and nice environment. I had chicken salad and my friend had fish and chips. Both were good, but not exceptional! The chicken tasted good, but was cubed, which gave it an over processed look and texture. Fresh chicken in 'natural' pieces would be better. While the staff were very friendly and service was prompt, we weren't offered water, which was unusual as the waitress was walking around topping up glasses from a jug. I had to ask! from the moment we stepped in to The Parlour we experienced amazing service straight away. From the hostess seeing us to our seat to the waitress who served us. They were very friendly to us and our 3 young children. Our toddler boys asked if there were any colouring available, there wasn't but our boys were over the moon when our waitress brought over some board games instead. A very good night, very accommodating staff who ended up letting us relocate indoors in case of rain, and the bar staff were very friendly and efficient. Some of the food that other parties had ordered also looked lovely so I'd definitely go back again. The only issue was that someone had their sports racket taken and the security weren't very helpful in finding it. Still missing now sadly. Visited The Parlour on 2017-08-11

I booked a table for a 50th birthday celebration.  From the moment I contacted your central booking line until the end of our dinner, the customer service experience was outstanding throughout! Our group of 18 were very well looked after from start to finish. It was very well organised and the pre-orders and place cards on the table made for a seamless experience. The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff took extra care with a special requirement meal. Worth the trip to CW if you don't work in the area! Really cute, lovely ladies rooms - always a plus. Staff and atmosphere were great, and drinks were reasonably priced.

Visited on a weekend for cocktails and really enjoyed myself. The staff were attentive and cocktails wonderful and refreshing. The venue was quite on a sunday afternoon and perfect for relaxing with friends.

The Parlour is a lovely little venue. Really nice outdoor area to sit in the sun. The food is great and the service and atmosphere are both top notch too!

Nice in the summer for some outside drinking - make the most of a quiet shopping mall and then some drinks at The Parlour. There's films often showed on the green on weekends so it's like your own pop up cinema!

Came here for a works drink event, really has a nice fresh, modern feel to it. Not sure on the skinny cocktails - i prefer not to know! Wines were tasty and it had a good friendly vibe.
