Floor to ceiling glass windows let in the light & expose the view of their canal-side setting. Drink it in from inside the venue with its high exposed ceilings and calm stripped back interiors. There's casual seating around the bar, booths for getting cosy & a big dinner table for private parties and family-style sharing. Reply from The Common Old OakThank you for your feedback. We are so sorry you had a bad experience. We have been understaffed recently due to some unexpected circumstances. All we can do is apologise, let you know that we have new staff being interviewed and trialled today in fact! Please could you email email@example.com copying this issue? We would like to help make this better. Thank you so much.
Reply from The Common Old OakThanks so much for your comments. The loos are a bit far - we agree! But we hope that does not stop you from coming back!! :)
Reply from The Common Old OakThanks for feedback. So sorry to hear your steak sandwich was not served how it usually is - it's one of our most popular dishes so I'm very sorry you experienced an exception to the rule! Also the chicken skewers are also very well regarded, so again we can only apologise for this mistake. On the positive side, we're so glad the kids enjoyed the free pumpkins and face painting, that the staff were lovely and that you enjoyed the time you spent with us. Please do come back to try our dishes again.
Reply from The Common Old OakGlad to hear it. Please do visit again soon.
