The Windmill is a must visit for those wishing to celebrate British Pie Week.
Pies are our passion, with our Steak and Mushroom and Chicken, Bacon and Leek pies winning shiny silver awards from the very prestigious, Great British Pie Awards in 2018.
We serve up around 15 tonnes of the nation’s favourite pies a year, drizzled in 5,500 litres of gravy (enough to fill your washing machine 785 times) using only the best, British seasonal ingredients, the award-winning pies are paired with over 460 kilos of potatoes every, single week.
During Pie Week we have one of our favourite local breweries here every single day at the Windmill; they’ll be offering complimentary tastings of their favourite beers and insights into their top brewing secrets. There will also be top notch prizes up for grabs such as brewery and distillery tours! If that isn't enough encouragement to tuck into a Windmill pie this Pie Week we also have an unBEERlievable Camden SHOUT Friday 8th March from 6pm; all rounds of Camden Hells Lager is on Camden until the keg runs out!
