Description
Galvin Restaurants are shaking things up with the opening of their HOP gastropub. Taking over at the current home of Cafe a Vin on Spital Square, HOP serves gourmet pub grub and fresh beer direct from the copper tanks on site.
Staple dishes include the likes of slow-cooked beef cheeks in stour and caramelised carrots and venison scotch eggs, with gourmet luxe dogs taking up a special place on the menu. With a choice of craft beers and wine on tap, there’s plenty to help whet the whistle at the same time.
