Join us on Wednesday 21st June for an evening of Rioja and tapas!
Bodegas Valdemar is a family owned winery who have been producing high quality Rioja wines since 1889. They are renowned for their innovation in the region and were the first Rioja winery to introduce the 'saignee' method of making wine using the free-run juice from the red Garnache grape.
This evening is an opportunity to taste a range of Rioja wines from Bodegas Valdemar, including the new rose from VIna Torcida. Our Rioja ambassador will teach you about the history of the grape, the vineyard and help you understand how versatile rose can be with different food styles while you enjoy a selection of summer tapas dishes!
Wines to be tasted on the night include, Vina Torcida Rioja Blanco 2016 - Aperitif, Vina Torcida Rioja Rose 2016, Conde Valdemar Rosado 2016 and Vina Torcida Rioja Tempranillo 2016.
