A masterclass that delves into meat and whiskey in a whole new way. A professional butcher will explain the different cuts, where the cuts come from and what to look for when buying meat. You will have a chance to get stuck into some butchery - learning knife skills and preparing a joint of meat to take home!
After all that knife handling, you will get a chance to sit back and relax as you savour the finest American whiskeys through a hosted tasting by a professional.
The evening will finish with some suggested meat-focused food pairings to make sure no one goes home hungry.

5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
