We are excited to be collaborating again with Raw Cheese Power who will host a Master Class Ale and Cheese event. This will be an informative and highly entertaining tutorial where Ian will take you through the history of the cheese, tell you interesting anecdotes and recommend the perfect beer to compliment the cheese.
After a nine year stint selling rare and small batch cheese across London's best street markets, in 2018 Raw Cheese Power relocated to rural France where it is has repositioned itself the leading retailer of British artisan cheese in the country, and an affineur (maturer) of select French farmhouse cheeses. Carefully selected goods are subsequently made available in London through its monthly gatherings of The Hallouminati Club & special one off events such as this.
