We are excited to announce Chef Ben Spalding's weekend feature at St Bart's for his new concept Small Plate Sessions. He will present an enticing and affordable menu in line with his cutting edge style at our destination venue.
Diners can expect gallant gastronomy with dishes under £10 accompanied by the buzz of talented underground electronic music producers and DJs playing live sets whilst you dine. With Ben's kitchen set up on stage right before your eyes, this event is guaranteed to satisfy all senses.
Ben has trained at some of the world’s finest Michelin starred restaurants including 28 + Restaurang in Gothenburg, Per Se, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, the Ledbury, Bagatelle, The Fat Duck, Le Manoir, Vue de Monde & L’enclume. Since returning to London in 2011, Ben has delivered his style of cooking to great success at restaurants including Roganic, John Salt & Aqua in the Shard winning several awards personally & professionally along the way.
Playing anything from 70’s disco to techno, Jack C (krankbrother resident) is no stranger to the London dance music scene. Running his own night Knees Up he regularly plays out his varied and vibrant musical tastes to London revellers.
Ray Mang is UK DJ / Producer / Remixer and all-round studio boffin, known to his mates as Raj Gupta, is definitely not a new boy on the Disco Dance scene. He landed his first 12” Number One in ’96 on Noid Recordings gaining widespread support in the clubs and on compilations. Over Fifteen years on it’s still a much sought after underground classic.
If you book through the Design My Night and pay £15 you are eligible for 2 small plates and a cocktail or £30 and get 2 small plates, a sharing board and a cocktail. Offer exclusive to pre-booked guests through Design My Night.
