TONY LAW

Edinburgh favorite Tony has been packing out the Assembly Hall throughout August with his nonsense tales featuring his enormous dog and death trap of a car. It’s always such a pleasure to be in the same room as his daft brain.

“this is unpredictable, hilarious stuff” - **** Fest

“Want something that isn't deep or political but just plain old mad? Cheek-aching laughter? Tony Law is your best bet.” ***** - Arts Award Voice

“He’s still the weirdo goofball you know and love.” - **** The Scotsman

KIERAN HODGSON

This character comic stole the show with last years with his award nominated “Lance” and has done so again with his story of an unwritten symphony and his romantic adventures. Kieran has had punters queuing around the streets to get into see him (leaving many disappointed to be turned away), undisputedly one of the hits of the Fringe.

“The comedy show of the Fringe so far.” - ***** The Telegraph

“Hodgson’s ample narrative, comic and performing skills combine in perfect harmony.” - **** The Guardian

“Simultaneously one of the funniest and most heart-warming acts at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe” - ***** Broadway Baby

“comedy that feels in some way transcendental.” - ***** TV Bomb

ROSE MATAFEO

We have been excited about Rose’s debut for a while now. Having been nominated for Best Newcomer award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival she arrived in Edinburgh hotly- tipped by the experts to be one of the breakout stars and has not disappointed.

“feels as fresh and invigorating… One of the undoubted highlights of this year's Fringe” ***** The Telegraph

“Her act is in the true spirit of the Fringe” **** Edinburgh Festivals

“inspired, dark and brilliant.” - **** The Skinny

JORDAN BROOKES

Jordan produced the most striking hour of stand up we saw in Edinburgh. Certainly the finest use of physicality you will see in stand up, he is also responsible for possibly the finest act-out mime of the Fringe. His show has brought a huge wave of critical praise his way and rightly so.

“The only downside is that a) it makes every subsequent comedy show seem staid, and b), he’ll eventually have to follow this, too.” - ***** Fest

“He is not a comedian short of ambition, nor of the wherewithal to perform his grand ideas expertly.” - **** Chortle

“Caustically funny and surprising” - **** The Scotsman

Guest MC JOSIE LONG

Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Show Nominee 2012, 2011 & 2010

Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Newcomer 2006

“Superbly funny” – Time Out

“Charming, life-affirming and frequently devastating” – British Comedy Guide

“A joy to behold. A stand-out stand-up” **** – The Scotsman
