Specialising in ultra-fresh seafood, wild game and other quality meats, this Dalston event has attracted quite a following since it first begun and seeks to "takes you on a journey to the very origins of the cuisine". Inspired by his Caribbean heritage, the cuisine is an infusion of Caribbean and parts of Central and South America.

So in essence, expect an evening of high quality cuisine with quite an exotic touch.
