This hot new pop up on the street food scene is a great new attribute to Covent Garden's Earlham Street Clubhouse, open for business on March 14th, 21st, 28th and April 11th. There's no entry fee so book a table with us and head on in on a Saturday afternoon for your chance to explore this trendy American-themed basement bar, complete with beautiful wood-paneled tunnels and stunning chandelier lights. It may seem strange to seat yourself in this glamorous venue, to take in the stunning interior design, and to then order... mac and cheese. But before you dismiss it, this is not just any old mac and cheese, this is a gourmet spin on a traditional favourite. Mac Factory's head chef, Graham Bradbury, famous for his work at restaurants such as The Chancery, has upped his game with mouth watering combinations such as slow confit belly of rare breed pork, combined with wholegrain mustard jus.

The inventiveness does not end there. Feast your eyes on the 'Mac' inspired cocktail menu, including the 'Mac Shack' - a delicious blend of Appletons, Creme de Cacao Blanc, Ray and Nephew, Lime and Mango for a boozy beverage with a difference.

The vibes are sure to be laid back, with an East Coast beach theme that will take you on a holiday to calmer, sunnier places. There is even a dukebox that can be operated from the 'Secret DJ' app, so no need to get on your feet; choose your music from the comfort of the couch. Expect to put your feet up, dine in style and drink tipples that tear that plain old envelope.
