Between The Bridges

The Pier is a fully self-contained winter event space within Between the Bridges, offering the flexibility to host everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale festive celebrations. With a maximum standing capacity of 700 guests (500 indoors and 200 on the private outdoor decking), it’s equally well suited to events for 150–250 guests looking for an exclusive, private setting with a warm and inviting winter atmosphere.

Guests benefit from a dedicated private entrance, creating a seamless arrival experience, while the venue includes exclusive access to its own fully stocked bar, outdoor terrace, bathrooms, stage, LED screen, DJ booth, photo booth, and private food vendors to cater exclusively for your event.

Designed for winter entertaining, The Pier offers a comfortable experience throughout the colder months, with heating available inside the venue, additional covering over the private Pier terrace, and overhead heating to keep guests warm while enjoying the outdoor space. A light festive touch adds to the atmosphere, creating a welcoming backdrop for Christmas parties, end-of-year celebrations, and seasonal gatherings.

The Crown & Anchor is our private pub garden at Between the Bridges, offering an exclusive outdoor setting for events of up to 200 standing guests. For smaller gatherings, the space can also be hired on a semi-exclusive basis for up to 100 guests.

Located just off Queen’s Walk, The Crown & Anchor features its own private bar, DJ setup, photobooth, and a combination of open-air and covered areas, creating a versatile setting for relaxed networking events, birthday celebrations, festive gatherings, Christmas parties, and special occasions throughout the winter season.

During the colder months, we enhance the space with overhead heating and are exploring additional covering options to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere for guests. The garden’s layout can be adapted to suit each event, with brands and event partners often adding their own festive styling and seasonal touches, meaning imagery may vary from the final setup installed each year.

Ideal for groups of 60 to 200 guests, The Crown & Anchor offers a flexible backdrop for winter celebrations. For events of up to 150 guests, the additional garden space can be transformed into an interactive area featuring activities such as Giant Jenga and Connect Four, while our trusted suppliers can provide larger experiences, including arcade games and bespoke entertainment options, to make your event truly memorable.

With a maximum standing capacity of 2,000 guests, the venue is perfectly suited for large-scale corporate events, brand activations, product launches, and company-wide celebrations throughout the year — including those unforgettable winter occasions.

During the colder months, the venue transforms into what we like to call Electric Winter — a vibrant festive experience combining riverside energy with seasonal touches. Enhanced with additional covering, dedicated heating, and a light layer of winter-inspired décor, the space offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere while retaining its signature outdoor character.

A full venue hire includes six fully stocked bars, seven street food vendors, four breakout spaces, dedicated green rooms, multiple digital screens, DJ services, photobooths, and a range of branding and activation opportunities, allowing you to create a completely bespoke event experience.
