Join us at The Rooftop in celebration of London Cocktail Week. We’re offering an action-packed schedule of masterclasses across the festival that are certain to gin-spire!!
Classes are priced at £12 each (the cost of x2 serves) and includes a welcome drink, along with a number of tastings throughout – so you’re certain to get your money’s worth.
Masterclasses are as follows:
Dockyard Gin – Tutored Nosing, Tasting & Food Pairing
Truly championing the concept of ‘grain to glass’, Dockyard Gin will be offering up a sensory journey involving the provenance of ingredients alongside a tasting of their range of gins; Damson & Strawberry, Damson and their signature Dockyard Gin. They’ll also talk through a range of food pairings, including wheat, barley and rye biscuits and chocolate).
In addition to tasting each gin, you’ll also receive a signature G&T and a bespoke cocktail.
Theodore Gin – An Evening of Perfume, Gin & Cocktails
Drawing on inspiration of an ancient tribe once settled in the Scottish Northern Highlands, you’ll be taken on a journey of different botanicals and scents to discover how they interact with one another to present a truly remarkable gin.
In addition to a gin tasting, you’ll also receive a signature G&T on arrival and one to round off the experience.
Sabatini Gin - A True Taste of Tuscany
Savour this international gin and allow yourself to be transported to the rolling hills of Tuscany. Discover the unique heritage of Sabatini and explore the evolution of taste and the modern practices of cocktail-making.
In addition to a gin tasting, you’ll also receive a signature G&T on arrival and delight in the chance to create and enjoy your very own gimlet.
No.3 – The Art of Perfection
This 4-time ‘World’s Best Gin’ is the ultimate choice for a martini and this masterclass is a celebration of the most iconic drink of all time. Guests will be guided through the nuances of making the perfect martini, including the array of different vermouths and also garnishes to complete this signature serve.
In addition to making and enjoying three of your very own mini perfect martinis, you’ll also receive a signature G&T during the experience.
Sipsmith - Celebrating the Negroni
In celebration of this 100-year old cocktail, join us to create 2 delightfully delicious Negronis (one classic and one with Sloe gin). You'll discover the Sipsmith story, along with the history of this fine classic.
In addition to making and enjoying two Negronis, you'll also receive a tasting of their VJOP (premium) gin.

If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
