Bedales Wines is a family of wine bars, with three locations at Borough Market, Spitalfields Market and Leadenhall Market. It is their mission to help our guests explore the world of wine. Whether you're the seasoned tippler or novice glugger their guests leave having discovered that there is so much more to wine than simply drinking it. 

With a bespoke touch, the wine events program hosts public and private tastings, where they aim to build a community of wine enthusiasts while fostering curiosity for a lifetime of wine appreciation. 

Bedales Wines is also the creative force behind one of London's most recognisable street food sensations: BOB's Lobster. BOB's Lobster is a VW split screen van, that serves extravagant seafood on paper plates. The concept was created by the team at Bedales Wines to inject a fun & memorable food pairing, into their casual wine setting. The BOB's Lobster name is a playful tension of the casualness of 'BOB' & formal setting normally reserved for "Lobster". "BOB" is, in fact, the initials of "Bedales of Borough" the intended home of the concept, before the van & the offering took a life of its own.
