Tonight we celebrate diversity in live comedy with guest stand-up performances from different genders, ethnicities, sexualities and religions. Our performers are warming up for the world famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival next month, catch them live now,  before their sell out shows!

Scott Capurro

Not for the faint-hearted, Scott's un-comprising take on his gay lifestyle and white trash background make him as challenging as he is funny.Scott has appeared in Mrs. Doubtfire, where, effortlessly, he played a homosexual; and Star Wars: Phantom Menace, where, breathlessly, he wore a body stocking. "The most fearless and technically perfect stand up on the circuit." - The Guardian

Andrea Hubert
Andrea Hubert, winter of the Best Debut Show at What’s On London Comedy Awards 2016, started out on the comedy circuit in 2009, and within 20 gigs gained second place in a national competition. She’s since performed alongside some of the UK’s best comedians at prestigious comedy clubs all over the UK, been commissioned as a writer for a BBC pilot and was shortlisted for the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Forum at the New York Television Festival.

Eshaan Akbar
Following his sell-out run in 2017, Akbar is about to return to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with his 60 minute solo show 'Prophet Like It's Hot' armed with a copy of the Qur’An in hand. It’s a much funnier book than people give it credit for. Akbar's own journey tells him that faith still has a place in modern society. 'Genius stand-up comedy' ***** (Edinburgh Festivals Magazine).

Tim Renkow
Comedy’s one rule is 'no punching down'. Tim Renkow is a crippled, redneck, Mexican Jew. It’s hard for him to find a group he is not allowed to make fun of, which is insulting. Join Tim as he tries to find a group that is off-limits and prove that he's not the bottom of the social ladder. 'A proper renegade as a comic’ **** (Scotsman). 'Renkow is a smart comedian who also knows how to handle dark, risky material' (Guardian). Star of A Brief History of Tim (BBC), Bobby and Harriet Get Married (VICELAND).

Yuriko Kotani
Japanese comic who won the prestigious BBC New Comedy Award 2015. She also made the finals of 'So You Think You're Funny?' and the Beat The Frog world series the same year.
