About the panel:

Emma Sayle will be chairing the panel, founded Sistr in June 2019- a dedicated platform for women to connect, share and learn from one another. She is best known for being one of the UK’s leading ‘sex-entrepreneurs’. She made her name launching the elite global party brand Killing Kittens in 2005, she has gone on to become a leading spokesperson for the female-first movement. Her passion for female empowerment is the driving force behind the KK Group, which inspires women to make connections socially, sexually, romantically and professionally. She also runs the Sisterhood Group taking on ultra races all over the world in aid of various women and children's charities.

Emma Kenny is a psychologist, TV presenter, writer and expert media commentator, and is now recognised as one of the UK’s leading TV psychological experts. She is perhaps best known for her role as resident psychologist on ITV’s This Morning where, during the viewer phone-in segment of the show, she provides expert advice on a whole range of sensitive issues. Emma has also emerged as a fan favourite for her presenting roles on true crime programmes – most notably Britain’s Darkest Taboos on the Crime & Investigation Channel.

Erika Brodnock is a multi-award winning entrepreneur (including female entrepreneur of the year 2015), philanthropist, life coach,  Executive MBA, inspirational speaker and creator of digital resources covering emotional and social learning, digital safety, and digital parenting. She is Sky News’ resident parenting and child wellbeing expert; the founder of software companies Karisma Kidz and Kami; and her corporate seminars cover most areas of family life. Erika is passionate about making sure that every child has the opportunity to reach their potential! Her forte is bridging the digital and real world by teaching life skills through play. Her first Tedx talk has been viewed more than 100,000 times and can be found here.

Amanda Thomson is the CEO and Founder of Thomson & Scott, winner of the EY Winning Women 2017, Le Cordon Bleu Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 and DIT Export Champion 2019. The creator of Skinny Champagne and Skinny Prosecco, she is leading the global transparency in wine movement by creating a company that asks consumers to demand what's in their bottles. By example, Thomson & Scott produces top quality Champagne and Prosecco with as little intervention as possible in the production process and highlights its vegan and organic credentials. This Summer, Thomson launches Noughty, the first organic, vegan alcohol-free sparkling wine with almost half the sugar content of traditional alcohol-free sparkling wines, revolutionising the way in which consumers enjoy alcohol free options.

Rebekah Hall CEO and Founder of Botanic Lab, the award-winning and female-led innovative drinks brand disrupting the UK market with its “drinks that do something”. Renowned for its cold-pressed Performance Juices, non-dairy Grown Up Milkshakes, first-to-market adaptogenic Hotshots and the UK’s first Cannabidiol (CBD) soft drink Dutch Courage, Botanic Lab products are unapologetically taking over the shelves of Waitrose, Selfridges, Holland&Barrett, Ocado,  Co-Op and EAT. Since 2014, Rebekah’s strategic vision and business acumen have been the driving force behind Botanic Lab, rewriting the rulebook on stereotypical ‘health drinks’ and catapulting the business to success in a very competitive landscape. Rebekah is a regular speaker at female focused and entrepreneurship events, providing an honest and refreshing insight into the process of launching and building a brand. Like her drinks, what you see is what you get.
