Description
Beneath the fabled Regent Sound Studios in Soho lies Alleycat, a basement club adored by musicians and fans alike. Why? Because Regent Sound Studios is responsible for Black Sabbath's 'Paranoid' and the Kink's 'You Really Got Me' as well as being the studio where the Rolling Stones made their first album and fortunately, the club is as cool as you'd think.
From Justin Lee Collins to Caroline Quentin the club has hosted various celebrity after-show parties, but don't assume it's expensive, at just £5 entry and cheap drinks you can't go wrong.
The club isn't lavished in gold, mostly because it doesn't need to be, it looks like a hundred other clubs, but surrounded by a history like no other.
