IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ENTRY INTO POW BRIXTON FOR THIS SATURDAY
Please read the below carefully so that we can reopen as safely as possible, we are asking all customers to take personal responsibility when attending our events. Let’s all work together to ensure lockdown rules do not return.
We are back from this week onwards without restrictions, we need to ask everyone to adhere to the following guidelines to help us make sure that we limit the spread of the Covid-19, and remain open without restraint... the below will not be a condition of entry, but we would ask that everyone adheres to the below.
1. We ask that all ticketholders for events take a test for Covid-19 within 48 hours of the event you are attending. You can order free lateral flow tests from the gov.uk website, pick up from your local pharmacy, or take a test at a testing centre, where appropriate. You should also take a test after the event. This applies to everyone, even if you have been double vaccinated.
We will also offer a full refund, or ticket transfer to another event, to anybody who provides a dated positive home test, or dated isolation notice for our events, until the end of August. You must let us know at least 24 hours before the event start time.
2. We encourage people to wear a mask when indoors at The POW, naturally we have our amazing outdoor terrace, in crowded areas you may also feel the need to wear a mask.
3. The venue will be adhering to many of the existing covid-19 protocols, including hand sanitiser stations, the venue will be cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis, contactless payments will be available.

The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

Please visit our venue only if you are anyone you have been in contact with are not showing symptoms of COVID-19.
Please use our sanitizer stations that are provided on arrival and around the venue for your safety and convenience.
Observe signage for movement around the venue – this is there for social distancing reasons.
Please respect one another’s personal space, and keep your distance where indicated.
Feel free to party in your booth, but please avoid close interaction with other tables or guests.
Your booth has been booked for a set time, please adhere to these set times for arrival and duration to allow for sanitising and the next booking slot.
Don’t arrange to meet in larger groups than your table allows ( Max 6 ). We cannot allow tables to join together – for obvious reasons, so please don’t ask!!
Order your food and drinks with your server.
There is no service at the bars, your table will have a server for the duration of your stay, so your drinks and food will be brought directly to your table.
Our staff will be provided with ppe for your safety and consideration.
All payments ( where possible ) should be made using contactless. No Cash
