Innovation meets sex-appeal in this pizza pancake collaboration from Pizza Pilgrims and The Breakfast Club.

Between flat-Earthers and American teens chowing down on laundry detergent, you would be forgiven for thinking that genius had all but been bred out of the human race, however a recent collaboration between The Breakfast Club and Pizza Pilgrims is setting the record straight. 

Two words: Pizza. Pancakes. 

Pizza pancakes!

In celebration of Shrove Tuesday, the two colossi of comfort food have announced a special limited edition run of cheesy-tomato stacks, available from all Breakfast Club branches until Sunday the 18th of February to help you all get the Lenten fast underway. Consisting of a stack of pillow-soft savoury pancakes, topped with a heady mix of spicy sausage, basil and buffalo mozzarella, it's one of those simple innovations that makes you question why you've been living this basic maple syrup lifestyle for so long.

Alongside this work of heartbreaking genius, The Breakfast Club are offering more maverick pancake concoctions, such as the Bulleit pulled pork pancakes with cheese, pickles and maple syrup, and a Korean fried chicken stack with a kimchi, maple butter and a poached egg.

The pizza pancakes cost £7.95 and are available from all Breakfast Club restaurants from the 13th - 18th of February.
