Trader Vic's has teamed up with food author Vanessa Bolosier for delicious summer menu

Trader Vics Creole Menu London REstaurant Reviews

The menu combines the Polynesian themes of Trader Vic's with the tasty fun of Creole cooking.

Celebrity haunt and Polynesian paradise Trader Vic’s have launched a brand-new summer menu with Vanessa Bolosier, author of Creole Kitchen, that hopes to whisk you away to the sunny shores of the Caribbean.

The menu takes inspiration from the history of the islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique in the Caribbean, delivering a cool French Caribbean and Polynesian fusion menu. There’s three different starters, mains and desserts, which are available as a set menu for £29. Expect dishes like Creole avocado cream and coconut slaw and red mullet Creole court bouillon served with plantain and sweet potato. That sounds delicious because it is, but you don’t have to just take our word for it - they’re serving these creative plates straight through till 11th August. And with the weather in London being as temperamental as any baby sat next to you on a plane, it’s pretty sweet to disappear to a sunnier part of the world for a bit.

Trader Vic's three-course Creole menu is available for £29 until 11st August.
