This autumn, ROAST at Borough Market is giving its afternoon tea a Halloween makeover, turning its Butterfly Meadow into a candlelit space filled with spooky sweets, seasonal savoury bites, and themed cocktails.
Called The Witching Hour, this Halloween afternoon tea runs throughout October, with themed Don Julio cocktails, Veuve Clicquot, and bottomless prosecco also available.

What Is On The Menu At The Halloween Afternoon Tea At ROAST?
The menu combines Halloween-inspired sweet treats with classic afternoon tea favourites and savoury bites, including:
- Bridge Roll sandwich: pulled pork, apple purée and pea shoots
- Nordic Seeded sandwich: beetroot gravalax salmon, cream cheese, lemon and dill
- Swiss Lateral sandwich: roast beef, horseradish and rocket
- ROAST's signature pork & sage scotch egg with piccalilli
- Braised Beef Croquette with horseradish emulsion and mustard cress
- Pork & chorizo sausage roll with red pepper pesto
- Host Mushroom: vanilla cream, light meringue and fresh berries
- Sweet Pumpkin Skull: milk and dark chocolate mousse, pumpkin seed praline and bergamot
- The Spider Web: chocolate sponge, coffee-flavoured cream and raspberries
- Seasonal scones with homemade jam and clotted cream

- £59 per person: with tea and a cocktail
- £59 per person: with tea and a glass of Veuve Clicquot Brut

- £75 per person: with tea and bottomless prosecco
