Disco Bistro - New London Pop-Up

Rising Sun, 61 Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5DY

From the creators of the popular Rock Lobsta and God Save the Clam comes Disco Bistro; a foody-pop-up setting up shop at the Rising Star pub in St Paul's for a six month residency.

Opening on 19 November, Disco Bistro will operate across two floors offering two very different types of menus. The first floor has been reserved for the more sophisticated palate - such as wood-charred sea trout and fancy cheese boards, whilst the ground floor will be serving up self-proclaimed 'trash food', read: gourmet burgers and the chef's signature lobster corn dogs; not bad for 'trash' eh?

Expect punk rebellion vibes and gorgeous food at this pop-up residency in St Paul's. Based on the previous success of Rock Lobsta and God Save the Clam, Disco Bistro certainly has a lot to live up to. They're already taking bookings for tables, so if you do want to be one of the first to sample the delights they offer, get in quick!
