Mix your own blend of whisky with Chivas' blending masterclass.

There's something about Scottish whisky that's just so sophisticated. Maybe it's the ancient lineage of many of the distilleries; maybe it's their location in far-flung Scottish isles; or maybe, it's just the damn tastiness of the stuff. We certainly make no claims of classiness, but it seems that things are about to get a whole lot more accessible as famous distillers Chivas Regal lets us Londoners in on their award-winning secrets. Opening up in Brick Lane, Chivas Regal's new hangout is the spot for their Discover the Art of Whisky Blending classes.

Over the course of an hour, a Chivas expert gives you plenty of sips of the good stuff (single malts and grain whiskies from all over the Highlands and Lowlands), all while explaining the tasting notes and process. Then they let you loose on the spirits as you mix your own, completely unique, 200ml bottle of whisky to take home.
