What Is The Burrata Pop-Up?

Italian cheese brand, Gilbani, is launching a two-day pop-up where you can indulge in five courses of the cheesy goodness for just £5. How gouda is that? The flavours are entirely based on TikTok trending dishes, so expect some very quirky combos.

The cheese event is raising money for the Anthony Nolan Trust, a UK charity focusing on leukaemia and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Another amazing reason to pop in for a visit.

What's Included In The Five-Course Meal?

The mouth-watering menu is certainly one for the lactose lovers, here's more details:

  • Baked nduja: warm burrata with spicy nduja, with a sprinkling of crispy garlic pangrattato on top.
  • Tricolore sandwich: the creamy cheese layered with sweet roasted caponata and basil pesto, all served between two slices of bread.
  • Strawberry and cream salad with a Pimm's reduction: a mix of buraata, gin pickled cucumber, watermelon, chilli, pickled strawberry and Thai basil, doused in a fruity Pimm's dressing.
  • Deep fried burrata: a crispy layer on the outside and gooey cheese on the inside, served with balsamic glazed fruits and salty-sweet soy.
  • Burrata s'mores blondie: think classic s'more, but with cheese, finished with whipped burrata and pistachio.

You'll even get a welcome drink upon arrival, what a bargain.

How Much Is A Ticket?
