The Baxter Inn, voted the Best Bar in Australasia for three years in a row, will take over The Bloomsbury Club Bar for a four-day residency this May. Known for offering Sydney's whisky fans over 630 different single malts, the Aussie bar will be showcasing the very best of its arsenal and recipe book.

The team at The Baxter Inn are making the long trip around the globe and will bring a handful of their most famous cocktail recipes and the rarest single malts in their collection with them - we're talking bottles ranging from the mountains of Japan to the fierce Southern states. To really make an impact, the team will also set up their famous Old Fashioned tap on the bar, serving this iconic cocktail on draught.
