To launch National Champagne Week this year and celebrate the release of SPECTRE this October, SixtyOne Restaurant have teamed up with Champagne Bollinger to bring you an evening you will not want to miss!
Champagne Bollinger needs little introduction and is recognized as one of the finest Champagne producers. The House was founded in 1829 by Jacques Bollinger and to this day is still family owned. The evening will be hosted by a Bollinger champagne expert who will introduce each pairing along with some champagne facts we bet you will be shocked to know!
In the true spirit of James Bond, guests can look forward to an evening of glitz and glamour and will indulge in a four course evening menu which guarantees fine food and a selection of exquisite Bollinger champagne cuvées to pair including; Special Cuvée, La Grande Année 2005, La Cote aux Enfants,2012 and a refreshing glass of Rosé to end the evening.
The menu has been specially created by renowned Arnaud Stevens, Sixty One's Chef Patron, to accompany these Champagnes, the star of which will undoubtedly be Bollinger La Grande Année 2005, a unique opportunity for guests to taste.
