Welcome to True Dating’s Speed Dating in Oxford Circus. The best hosted and most welcoming speed dating event in London -- a speed dating event run by single people, for single people. We know what makes a great party and we’ve designed our events to help people make the most of the night.
Everyone will be there for the same reason: To have a really fun night and hopefully meet someone they’d like to see again! We know you're sick of dating apps, so are we, so we've put together a ridiculously easy and fun way to meet lots of people in a short space of time. And if it’s your first time and you’re feeling a bit nervous don't worry, everyone will be in the same boat and before you know it you'll be in the swing of things and meeting lots of fantastic people.
To give all of our guests the best experience, we always work to ensure an equal male to female ratio at all of our events.
HOW IT WORKS
On the day of the event you will receive a reminder email confirming the event details – it’s time to look fabulous and head to the event! Your True Dating Account will be created for you, this is very important as you will need to login to it the following day to enter your matches from the event. Aim to arrive within 15 minutes before the start time so you can meet as many True Daters as possible.
DURING THE EVENT
When you arrive at the venue, ask the staff for the True Dating party and you’ll be directed to our area where you'll meet our fantastic hosts. They will give you a name badge and explain how the night works. You will have up to 15 dates, each lasting 4 minutes. Usually there will be a 15-minute break halfway through. Don't forget to stick around afterwards as this will be your chance to potentially talk to your favourites from the night.
AFTER THE EVENT
The following day you can log in to your True Dating account and enter your matches; "Yes", "Not My Type" or "Friend". If the stars align and you get a mutual match, you will be able to message each other via our secure messaging service (and start arranging date #2!).

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
