• Please note, our Euros tickets are seated only and you may be sat on a shared table.
• Your table will be available 2 hours prior kick off time.
• We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past your booked arrival time. Please note that after this time we cannot guarantee your table will still be available.
• Bookings confirmed with a pre-payment: We do not offer refunds on any payments made. If you’d like to reschedule your booking, we ask for at least 10 days notice and is subject to availability.
• In the instance that you need to amend your event date, the venue will do their best to accommodate where possible dependent on availability and time frame, but this cannot be guaranteed.
• We operate a strict 18 and over policy. All guests must show a valid form of photo ID on arrival. Failure to do so may result in you being refused entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry and / or stop serving at managers discretion.
• All seating requests will be noted, however we cannot 100% guarantee a specific area.
• All pre-ordered items and minimum spends must be paid for in advance of your booking.
• All pre-ordered food and drinks are only redeemable on the day of your booking/event and are not transferable including bar tabs, drink tokens and unlimited drinks packages.
• Please note we are a cashless bar and only accept card payments.
• Please note our kitchen closes at 10pm everyday.
Wet Weather Policy:
• We are a rooftop venue that remains open come rain or shine! Equipped with partially covered areas, ponchos and good vibes all around your booking will always go ahead.
