The Rubens offers Chef Suren’s Omakasi, a 21-course menu with Champagne on arrival in The Leopard Bar. The exceptional menu will be designed during the course of the evening and will depend on guests’ preferences. The guests’ evening will start with an informal discussion with Chef Suren, where he will determine their likes and dislikes in order to get a sense of how adventurous their palette is, whilst sipping on Champagne. Each course will be explained and prepared in front of the guests and it will be tailor-made to guests liking; so no two groups will enjoy the same menu. The Leopard Bar’s intimate atmosphere provides the ideal setting with guests sitting at the counter directly opposite chef Suren and it makes for an exhilarating dining experience.
