WORLD CUP 2022: ENGLAND VS WALES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- Challenge 25 Policy: Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. From 8pm all guests must be over the age of 18 and all patrons under the age of 18 will be informed that they will have to leave the venue. You must provide a physical form of a valid government approved ID for entry. We do not accept copies of ID. Please note from 6pm Thursdays - Sundays all ID will be scanned at the door on arrival. We advise that you arrive 15 mins before your allocated timeslot in case of queues at the door.

- Dress Code Policy: We operate a dress code policy from 7pm. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in refusal of entry OR being asked to leave the premises. In this instance, your deposit would be forfeited. Our policy is as follows: no sportswear (this includes tracksuit bottoms, sports shorts and gym wear); no hats; no workwear (this includes tradesmen wear, reinforced boots, work boots or shoes).

- No Smoking and No Vaping Policy: We do not allow smoking and/or vaping on our premises. This includes the outdoor terrace and balcony.

- We require full payment upfront for England games. Please note amendments to or cancellations to tickets must be made minimum 1 week prior. Cancellations after this time will result in payment being forfeited (this includes any changes to the number of guests and late dropouts).

- We require full payment upfront for any packages or pre-orders. Please note amendments to or cancellations to packages and pre-orders must be made minimum 1 week prior. Cancellations after this time will result in payment being forfeited (this includes any changes to the number of guests and late dropouts). Please note a 12.5% discretionary service charge is added to all packages and pre-orders which goes directly to the Bat & Ball team.

- If you wish to cancel your booking please let us know at least 1 week prior for a refund for England games (this includes any changes to the number of guests and late dropouts). Cancellations after this time will result in your deposit being forfeited. Please note for bookings over 40 guests, semi-private and private hires our cancellation policy is 4 weeks.

- Should you wish to change the date of your booking and you are within your cancellation period, your cancellation rights will be revoked.

- Your booking is only confirmed for the times stated above.

- Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late the table will be released for other guests to use. In the event of non-attendance any payments and deposits are not refundable and card authentications will be claimed at the cost of £10 per person.

- If you or any of your party are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, please follow advice and stay at home to protect you and others. If you are within your cancellation period and cannot attend your booking due to COVID-19 we will not provide a refund but can postpone your booking to a later date (within 1 month from your original date of booking only, after this time any payments/deposits will be forfeited).
