The season of alfresco drinking is well and truly upon us. And brand new to the set of Insta-worthy towering spots? Sabine is the City watering hole that's pairing iconic views of St Paul's Cathedral with a leafy interior inspired by the world of botany.

Taking over the space which once housed The Sky Bar, the stunning new kid on the block promises hanging plants, a contemporary central bar, outdoor terraces and a retractable roof for season-long sipping.

Named after the bird that travels the world as the seasons change, Sabine is taking cues from the Arctic to the tropics through a carefully designed menu. Tuck into sharing platters and small plates like oozing burrata paired with white peach and pistachio or roasted aubergine smothered in confit onions, pomegranate and zhoug. Thirsty? There are cocktails, local gins, wines and Champagne for that.
