On Friday 13th August at 12 pm, 100 Wardour St and Sweaty Betty are collaborating to bring you Disco Yoga!
Get ready for the weekend and join us with Sweaty Betty ambassador and instructor Andy Kobelinsky for a 45-minute Yoga class with our DJ playing the best of Disco on the Wardour St stage.
Andy will be bringing you a Vinyasa flow yoga style with less rigid strict movements and more dancy, floaty shapes. More Kolors Yoga will give you a super joyful and upbeat experience of disco down dogs, groovy up dogs, and funky chairs. Shake that booty and allow yourself to Get Lost in Music! Think 70’s groove & glitter so get on your white horse and strut your funky stuff!
