Gut basics - Navigating the new world
Always wanted to get into gut health but don’t know where to start?
We’ve gut you covered, come and join us on Tuesday 4 October, and enjoy this sofa series talk from Co-Founders of The Gut Stuff and Nutritionist Kristy Coleman – they’ll take you on a journey through the science and how to live that good gut life? What we eat and our wellbeing have been hugely affected with our changes in routines and work over the past few years, so they’ll also touch upon creating boundaries, managing stress and lots of tips on how to navigate the new world. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, followed by a 45 minute talk and a 30 minute Q&A.
Tickets are £15 per person, with proceeds going to our chosen charity partner, Refuge.
DJ's and Presenters Lisa and Alana Macfarlane (The Mac Twins), have done everything from DJing at the Olympics, to presenting on the Brits red carpet, but they can now add CEO's business women to that list and The Gut Stuff is their proudest venture to date.
Kristy Coleman certainly knows how to juggle wellbeing with a busy lifestyle, from corporate law to a masters in nutrition and back again, she certainly knows how to put the science into practice.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
